Thank you for helping make The Point Charleston SC's 11th annual Oyster Roast such a wonderful success. I am truly grateful to our generous sponsors whose support made this Charleston fundraising event possible. Your commitment to our community and this tradition means more than you know.
In addition, I would like to thank all who contributed to our raffle baskets, and every amazing chili and macaroni-and-cheese competitor who brought their talent, time, and delicious creations to the day. Who are we?
The Point is a dedicated Charleston nonprofit organization composed of 35 women who support local Lowcountry women helping women in need. We provide aid through various Charleston fundraising events and volunteer services. Our members are committed to participation and dedication, enjoying fellowship and fun while making a difference in the community. In return, we respond to the needs of individual women in crisis through local organizations in the Charleston County area, embodying the spirit of The Point Charleston SC.
Where do these 35 women meet?
This is where the magic happens for our Charleston nonprofit organization. Each month, Stono Market & Tomato Shed Cafe graciously lends their location to The Point Charleston SC, allowing our members to GET TO WORK ON MAKING THE DREAM WORK! They are the ULTIMATE sponsor of The Point and contribute an immeasurable amount of support to everything we do, especially in our Charleston fundraising events. We highly recommend that you visit them often for delicious cuisine, fresh items from the market, and eclectic Lowcountry collectables and novelties, all in support of Lowcountry women helping women and promoting our women-led nonprofit in Charleston SC.
